Service Description

Ashtanga Methodology classes are adapted for all levels, especially new practitioners. We will become familiar with the primary series postures and focus on various principles that weave the postures together using comprehensive techniques to optimize movement, body mechanics and alignment. This class is designed to construct your practice with awareness to subtle refinements.
